I want a Celine bag, now!

So hit! The check jumper and the boyfriend blazer are indeed hit. It’s very casual yet totally against what Blair would wear. I have to say that Leighton’s personal style has improved a looottt! Anyways, what I wanna talk about is the bag on her. Now we know what Leighton Meester had purchased at Celine the other day – a small-red-understated-but-expensive-yet-Hermes-Constance-like bag by Phoebe Philo.

You can’t really tell it is by whom tho. But the price is in hell very high-end, around USD$2,700 for a small one (like the one on Leighton Meester), and USD$3,500 for a slightly larger version.

I was in a Celine boutique the other day and was trying on this bag for half an hour. I wanted it so much. The sales went on like “oh it is all handmade with exterior calf skin and interior lamb skin…. We’ve taken pre-orders since June for the incoming FW collection…. The waitlist for the exotic skin version is sooo long… the SS bags have been sold out pretty quickly…. if you want the red one I could take your number and call you back…” TMD. I can be easily carried away by the words like “sold out”, “waitlist”, or “pre-orders”. Of course it is much cheaper than Hermes Constance. But still, would you spend USD$3,000 on a Celine bag??
